If an ADD TO CART option isn’t available for a particular house plan, can I still purchase the plan?
Depending on the plan, you may be able to purchase a Study Set but not for immediate download. Please Contact Us with the House Plan Name and House Plan # and we can discuss the timeframe and feasibility.
How quickly will I be able to access the PDF after purchase?
Once you purchase a GLA House Plan you will receive a downloadable link within your confirmation order through email. This link will expire within 72 hours of purchase so make sure to download it shortly after purchase.

What size are house plans?
Our house plans are 24″ x 36″. The digital PDF download is best printed at a local print shop to accommodate the size but can easily be printed from your home computer.
Are your plans stamped by an architect?
We do not stamp our online, out-of-state house plans at this time. Please note these house plans are not granting a building permit since codes & requirements vary by state. It’s easy! Just start your search using the filters to narrow your plan options down (by square footage, house style, bedrooms, bathrooms, features and more). When you find a plan(s) that you like you can “favorite” and “compare” so you can find them easily.
What kind of foundation do your house plans have?
GLA plans are drawn with a full basement. However, if you need a crawl space or slab, based on your geographic location we can certainly accommodate and provide a written quote and delivery estimate for a new set of drawings.
Do house plans include a material list for builders?
No they do not. We do not include a full list of interior and exterior materials. This is due to many factors including builder preference, cost, and location. Is there a standard ceiling height within your house plans?
It is a standard practice at GLA for first floor ceiling heights to be 9’-0”. The second-floor ceiling height starts at 8’-0” depending on home size & style.
