We use the information you provide when creating an account & placing an order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have taken extra measures to ensure security & protection on all transactions. Our site is built with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate protocol.

All GLA brand assets and plans are protected under the United States copyright law. To comply with U.S. copyright laws any use of the assets and/or plans must be specifically authorized by GLA. This includes but not limited to construction, distribution, copying or modifying without written permission from GLA. The use of our assets, products & content for marketing efforts is strictly limited to promoting the sale of a single individual home constructed from the purchased GLA house plans. Any other means of marketing is prohibited. The GLA name and logo are trademarks of Greater Living Architecture, P.C. and any use without permission is prohibited.

Any photos that are submitted to GLA may, upon approval, be published on the GLA website, social media channels and print materials for marketing purposes only. GLA is currently only registered in NYS for sales tax purposes but may have to register in other states once volume requires it. At this time, we will not be collecting out of NYS sales tax but that does not mean that a purchaser of our products is not required to pay sales tax. The purchaser must look at their own state laws to determine if sales tax is due and submit any sales tax to their own taxing jurisdiction.
