GLA is currently only registered in NYS for sales tax purposes but may have to register in other states once volume requires it. At this time, we will not be collecting out of NYS sales tax but that does not mean that a purchaser of our products is not required to pay sales tax. The purchaser must look at their own state laws to determine if sales tax is due and submit any sales tax to their own taxing jurisdiction.
