It was a pleasure working with Roger on my commercial property project. He helped me and my contractor design a space from the ground up that was approved by the town with no improvements. Roger also had connections that helped this project. Services were professional, and communication was clear and efficient.

Kris Keil was very responsive to questions regarding layout. He did a very Nic job of explaining what was needed and helped with room readjustments and arrangements on the floor plan that we had selected. He will do a good job for you.

From start to finish, Roger was there with us. He and Livie looked at another location and when we found Westgate Plaza, Roger kicked things into gear. This was new territory for us - we owned our previous location for almost 18 years and this was a new venture for us. Every step of the way, we were kept up to speed with the many, many requirements needed before we could plan a grand opening - measuring, drawings/plans, revisions to those drawings/plans and fulfilling the requests from the leasing company. Roger worked with our contractors and we were confident that what was planned on paper would materialize. We were finally able to re-open on March 9th and our customers comment on how wonderful the new space is on a daily basis. We would 100% highly recommend GLA for your next project.

GLA helped me design my home. The best thing was their website. They had lots of high quality home templates to review. Once I had a few in mind, I met with them and they offered great advice and suggestions on optimizing a new home design with everything I wanted. I had a wonderful experience working with them and would highly recommend them to others.

Allen and I have absolutely loved working with Amanda at Greater Living Architecture.  I am passionate about architecture and real estate.  Working with GLA has brought our vision to reality!  We have been so pleased we designed a Carriage House and Cabin with Amanda and recommend her talent to friends and family!  I say, the blueprint and recipe for the house is the most important!  Thank you Amanda and GLA, and we look forward to creating many great Finger Lakes properties in the future!

I have worked with Gigi on various projects at GLA. She has a great attention to detail and she comes up with some very unique and interesting concepts. She always has a smile on her face with an upbeat, can-do spirit which is refreshing. I’m sure it’s infectious with the other associates.

As we described the house we wanted to build and went through our sketches and photos with Chris, it was like he could read our minds. What he put down on paper, and ultimately turned into construction drawings, was amazing. His ideas and suggestions for improvements to our design were most helpful.
