Director of Marketing and Operations

Kelly joined our team in 2018 and a large part of her focus is on the client experience, business development and operations management. Kelly supports the team from an internal operations perspective ensuring that GLA continues to provide the highest level of service to our valued clients.

As part of her career, Kelly has experience with internal and client-facing communications, sales operations support and project management. Kelly holds an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon School of Business and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.

Kelly has four children who keep her running . . . everywhere. She enjoys yoga, genealogy and being with family and friends.
