Joe is the President of Greater Living Architecture, PC. and is a registered Architect in the states of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Tennessee and North Carolina!

Joe’s experience includes the design and construction management of multi-story structures including the Robert H. Jackson U.S. Courthouse, nursing homes, townhomes and retail power centers. He also has extensive experience with new build, conceptual and renovation projects of restaurants, worship centers, office buildings, multi-family units and industrial/manufacturing facilities. Joe also provides development consulting services for a multitude of industries and is a current member of the City of Rochester Zoning Board.

Early in his career, Joe began with Cushman & Wakefield in New York City and later moved to Ciminelli Construction and Benderson Development. In 1999, he formed O’Donnell & Associates Inc. which provided architectural and construction management services around the greater Rochester area. Joe holds master’s degrees in both Architecture and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a current member of the American Institute of Architects.

Joe enjoys the company of his two children when they are in town and is an active hockey player for a local men’s league.
