Zweigle’s

Having completed work for Zweigle’s in the past, the GLA Team was excited to consult in plans for a multi-phased expansion. The Zweigle Family knew we would work closely with them throughout the process to reach their big goals. Since 1880 the Zweigle Family opened their butcher shop and focused on producing quality hot dogs and “Old World” products, making great meals quick and easy for busy families.

Phase I, which included a 13,000 square feet addition to facilitate the modernization and growth of their plant, as well as the addition of new product lines is complete. The expansion included building demolition, renovations, and new construction for food prep, kitchen, raw material cooler, and storage space.
