Trail View South

GLA was commissioned by Pinnacle Homes to develop ranch duplexes located in Henrietta N.Y. Trail View South provides residents access to 59 acres of natural open space conservation, with open meadows, ponds, wood lands and trail that connect to Lehigh Valley Trail. These units were designed to be for sale, with an owner for each side of the duplex. The project consists of 16 duplexes (32 units) all with 2 car garages, covered back porches, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts. More than half were designed with walkout basements and all were individually customized by the builder and his clients. They were designed with a craftsman style exterior that creates an attractive and timeless curb appeal.
