Tops Friendly Markets

One of the area’s largest supermarket chains which planned an expansion into the eastern of Rochester market. GLA was retained as the design Architects to create a conceptual multi-tenant plaza that was anchored by the Tops Friendly Market. The conceptual design was used too present to the local planning board and prospective tenants.
