Leo’s bakery has a long family history in the Rochester area. Once housed in a small factory in Rochester’s Italian district Leo’s moved to an industrial building park in East Rochester. As Leos became more than just a bakery they needed to create a more pedestrian friendly shopping and eating establishment. GLA completely changed the exterior façade and created a delicatessen and restaurant that borrowed influences from their Italian roots. The interior includes themed dining sections as well as an exposed timber frame structure that creates a feeling of traditional farm houses in Italy.
