Dakwar Family Dentistry

Dr. Caprice Dakwar had selected a 2,800 square feet tenant space in a new building in Gates, NY to open her dental practice. She made herself perfectly clear that this was to be a cutting-edge facility with a modern appearance. The difficulty would be getting a highly detailed facility with quality finishes designed and built on the budget of an entrepreneur developing their first independent practice. With a great deal of help from Dr. Dakwar, her dental equipment supplier, and contractor the project came together and looks impeccable! Using Revit as a design tool, we were able to prepare 3D vignettes to help Dr. Dakwar understand the design intent and to start to formulate the space in her mind. Major advances in software, and keeping up with those changes, have helped GLA complete projects in a timely manor while coordinating with consultants much more easily.
