Brook-Lea Country Club

Faced with an abundance of undeveloped land and shrinking membership Brook Lea looked to GLA to create a small development of condominiums that members could purchase close to their favorite golf venue. GLA created upscale floor plans for the empty nesters that combined beautiful scenic views and serenity of the golf course, while maintaining the traditional character of the historic clubhouse.
