Bel mare plaza is a perfect example of showcasing the unique capabilities with repurposing an existing structure that GLA processes. Originally built as a stand alone hardware store, the developer wanted to create boutique type tenant spaces situated along empire boulevard in Webster where retail development was rapidly growing.
