The Residence at Canalside

Located on the historic Erie canal in the village of Fairport NY. This project is an example of a collaboration with an out of town Architectural firm and GLA to provide local oversight and design input on various aspects of the project. The residence at Canalside consists of 48 upscale condominiums all with water views, decks, roof top patios and entertainment spaces. The project includes a shared courtyard, a club house for private parties and a gym.
